Catalogues Out Monday!

Catalogues for New Zealand Bloodstock's 80th National Yearling Sales Series are due out on Monday 28th November and will go in the post the same day. The forthcoming Sales Series is scheduled to be conducted at Karaka from Monday 30th January to Monday 6th February 2006.

This year's Sales Series will see 1528 yearlings catalogued for Sale over the three Sale Sessions with 516 in the Premier Sale, 557 in the Select Sale and 455 in the Festival Sale. This is an increase of 51 horses from a total of 1477 catalogued last year.

The Sale will commence at 11am each day, continuing the new format that was introduced this year.

With more than 70 Premier Sale sires represented, there is a strong mix of New Zealand, Australian and International sires. Included in the Premier Sale sire line-up are 18 young sires offering their first southern hemisphere crop: Choisir, Dash For Cash, Don Eduardo, Elusive Quality, Golan, Hussonet, Johannesburg, Jungle Pocket, No Excuse Needed, Noverre, Orientate, Pyrus, Rock of Gibraltar, Riviera, Tobougg, Ustinov, Van Nistelrooy and Viking Ruler (see attached).
