Crianca Clears Away To Win Gr.3 Adrian Knox Stakes

Crianca (Woodman x Supermodel) proved too classy in Saturday's Gr.3 San Miguel Adrian Knox Stakes (AUD$400,000, 2000m) at Randwick.
On soft track conditions the Shaun Dwyer trained filly cleared away by 5 lengths to take the win in a time of 2:03.76. In second place was Nothin' Leica Dane filly Ain't Seen Nothin' (from Icecapade), who finished 4� lengths clear of Flidais (Timber Country x Electronic) in third position.
Crianca was purchased for $57,500 by Kevin Thompson of Queensland at the 2001 New Zealand Bloodstock Premier Yearling Sale. She was sold through the draft of Karaka Downs of Auckland.
