12 January 2012

Video clips of yearlings heading to New Zealand Bloodstock's National Yearling Sales Series continue to be posted online with entries from vendors including Hallmark Stud, Westbury Stud, Rich Hill Stud and Wentwood Grange now on the NZB website.

A leading vendor at Karaka, Hallmark Stud has seen one of its foundation families produce some prolific performers on the track in recent seasons with progeny from Miss Distinction (Blechencore) proving to be highly talented performers.

Miss Distinction is the dam of the dual Group 1 winning mare Gee I Jane (Jahafil) who won the Group 1 Telegraph Handicap and the Group 1 BTC Cup in Australia in 2006. She is also the dam of Miss Jessie Jay (Spectacularphantom), a Group 3 winner, who in turn is the dam of the Champion 2YO Banchee (Oratorio) and Champion 3YO Katie Lee (Pins).
