Cambridge Stud shuttle sire, Stravinsky, had yet another Group success in Australia over the weekend when four-year-old Biscayne Bay (ex Mont Tremblant) took out the Group 2 Thai Airways International Sprint (1100m) at Caulfield on Saturday.
Purchased by Australian trainer Paul Perry (who also shares in the ownership), for NZ$110,000 at the 2004 Karaka Premier Sale from Ascot Farm, the entire has now amassed six wins from seventeen starts and over A$250,000 in prize money. Bred by Matthew and Elizabeth Oram, Malcolm Glenn, and John and Jackie Cameron, he may now head for the Seppelt Salinger Stakes (1200m) at Flemington on Aami Victoria Derby Day.
A half-brother to Biscayne Bay by Fantastic Light has been entered in the Karaka Yearling Sales in January.
