Norelands Stud Select Broodmare Band Dispersal At The Spring Bloodstock Sale

The Cambridge based Norelands Stud property is in the process of being sold, with the current owners having made a recent decision to disperse all bloodstock over the coming months, beginning with the broodmares at the Spring Sale.
With the Norelands sale decision being made subsequent to the printing of the main Spring Sale catalogue the Norelands mares will be offered through the supplementary catalogue on August 17.
Over the past few years Norelands has invested in a number of particularly well bred mares and has patronized top class sires with them, resulting in a small but select line up of mares including:
Emerald Cove IRE (Shirley Heights x Fairy Feet) Foaled in 1992.
From the family of Gr.1 St Leger winner Light Cavalry, Gr.1 One Thousand Guineas winner Fairy Footsteps, Gr.1 Two Thousand Guineas winner Desert Prince and Gr.3 Curragh Anglesey Stakes winner Ontario.
Emerald Cove has a Carnegie filly nominated for the 2004 National Yearling Sales Series.
